Trimtek Australias DYI Headliner kit comes with high quality headlining specific velour in either a knitted or plain finish. It is a 3 layer composite textile featuring: the top face velour surface layer; 3mm thick 23kg/m3 polyurethane foam middle layer; open weave mesh backing material bottom layer. 
 
Our kit also comes with a 500ml can of Tensor T65 which is a headliner specific contact adhesive. T65 has a heat rating of 120deg ensuring your headliner stays in place even in the hottest Australian summer. 
 
Later model cars are generally the Knitt style and earlier 90's cars will have Velour. 
 
Most sedans require 2 lineal metres (1.55m wide x 2.0m long) and 1x can of 500ml aerosol.

If you are not confident in your abilities to carry out this installatiion please contact a trimmer to carry out the install for you. 
 
We strongly suggest doing lots of reseach prior to taking on this job, there are plently of videos online showing the process. We also suggest you use trim removal tools to reduce the risk of breaking any trims during the removal process.
